By accessing and using Gritworks Collective LLC (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Gritworks Collective LLC and its licensors. Our branding, methodologies, and questionnaire tools may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Gritworks Collective LLC.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
To ensure behavioral integration rather than passive consumption, the platform enforces an 18-hour cooldown between missions. Once you complete a mission, the next mission will unlock after 18 hours. This is a non-negotiable feature of the program design and applies to all paid tiers.
Don't love it in 14 days? Get your money back. Email support@gritworkscollective.com — we respond within 24 hours. No forms. No proof of work. The 14-day window applies to all tiers including the $50 Catalyst. We honor up to 2 refund requests per account. Repeated refund requests may result in account restriction.
Unused Live Advising Credits: Any unused live advising session credits may be refunded upon request within 14 days of purchase. In the event an advisor cancels a scheduled session, the session credit will be automatically restored to your account.
Used Live Advising Sessions: Once a live advising session has taken place, that session credit is non-refundable as the advisor's time has been rendered. If the session did not meet your expectations, contact support@gritworkscollective.com within 7 days and we will (1) extend your active access window by 14 days at no charge, and (2) provide a 25% discount code toward booking a session with a different advisor.
The Service includes AI-powered features (including "gritBOT" and mission analysis tools) that generate advising suggestions using Google's Gemini API. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Access to purchased content remains available for as long as the platform is actively maintained. Gritworks Collective LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including specific programs, missions, or features — at any time, with or without notice. In the event of a full platform discontinuation, Gritworks Collective will provide a minimum of 90 days' advance notice to active users via email. No refunds will be issued for previously purchased access in the event of a discontinuation.
Certain programs (including Partnering) allow enrolled users to invite a partner to create a linked account. By using the Partner Invite feature, both parties agree to the following:

Gritworks Collective LLC provides resilience advising, educational frameworks, and self-guided relational tools (including the Co-Parenting Alignment Matrix). The Service is strictly educational and does not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our tools are not a substitute for professional clinical care. The Service, including all advising materials, interactive tools, and frameworks, is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Gritworks Collective LLC, its founders, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, family disputes, loss of custody, or financial losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service or any content provided therein. Your reliance on any information provided by the Service is solely at your own risk.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gritworks Collective LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims brought by third parties (including co-parents or family members) resulting from your application of our frameworks or advice.
Gritworks Collective offers a referral program that provides discount codes to existing users. By participating, you agree that:
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the use of Gritworks Collective LLC (including disputes over data privacy or tracking) shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court.
Class Action Waiver: You and Gritworks Collective LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email at the address on file at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms. Minor changes (like fixing typos) may be made without notice.
Gritworks Collective uses internal advising metrics (numeric scores) solely for content personalization and curriculum routing. These metrics are not clinical assessments, evaluations of client behavior, or client records. Granular advising metrics are automatically anonymized and de-identified after 90 days. After this period, only aggregate, non-attributable composite scores are retained in your account. De-identified, anonymous data may be retained indefinitely for program improvement and research purposes; this data contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be linked to any individual user.
Gritworks Collective LLC is not a healthcare provider and does not maintain clinical records. In the event that Gritworks Collective LLC receives a subpoena, court order, or other legal process requesting user data, Gritworks reserves the right to charge a records retrieval and compliance fee of $250 per hour (one-hour minimum) for the time and expense required to respond. This fee must be tendered in advance of any document production. Gritworks Collective LLC will comply with valid legal process to the extent required by law, but will only produce data that exists at the time of the request.
